  • Employees – treat colleagues, clients, and stakeholders with fairness and respect at all times.

  • Suppliers & Contractors – are expected to adopt and comply with our commitment to equality and diversity.

5. Reporting Concerns

Any employee, subcontractor, or stakeholder who experiences or witnesses discrimination or harassment is encouraged to report it.

  • Concerns can be raised confidentially with a manager or HR.

  • Reports will be taken seriously, investigated promptly, and handled with sensitivity.

  • No individual will suffer victimisation for raising a genuine concern.

6. Review

This Equality & Diversity Policy is reviewed annually to ensure compliance with legislation and to reflect best practice. Updates will be communicated to all staff and supply chain partners.
