Challenges & Solutions
Challenge 1 – Narrow Staircase with Difficult Geometry
The staircase had multiple angles and tight edges, making LVT installation difficult and time-consuming.
Solution:
We carried out precise measurements, used detailed manual cutting, and installed custom anti-slip nosing profiles. This ensured a safe, clean, and visually seamless finish that tied in with the rest of the flooring.
Challenge 2 – Very Compact Bathroom
The limited footprint risked making the bathroom feel cramped and uncomfortable.
Solution:
We designed an intelligent layout using a slim shower tray/enclosure, integrated furniture, and carefully positioned fixtures. Mirrors and vertical lines were used to visually extend the space and add height, resulting in a compact but highly functional modern bathroom.
Challenge 3 – Old Kitchen with Limited Space
The existing kitchen was outdated and visually heavy, with no option to alter the structure.
Solution:
We completely redesigned the kitchen within the same footprint, using soft-close units, integrated appliances, and efficient storage solutions. LED lighting and a peninsula-style layout added both functionality and a modern, open feel without structural changes.
