The old slabs were uneven and weathered, requiring complete replacement and re-levelling. Our team designed and installed a new patio layout using high-quality stone paving, improving drainage and alignment to the property’s structure.

Solution: We redefined the sub-base with a compacted MOT Type 1 layer, ensuring proper falls away from the property.

Solution: We colour-matched the paving material and joint compound to achieve a consistent aesthetic.

Rainwater previously collected near the building line.
Solution: Installed discreet perimeter drainage channels for optimal water runoff.
