The client’s vision was clear — to create a high-end, spa-inspired bathroom that combines modern sophistication with durable materials.

Project Objectives
- Redesign the bathroom layout to improve functionality and flow

- Full strip-out of the old bathroom, including flooring, wall tiles, and fixtures
- Structural re-levelling and waterproofing membrane installation
- First-fix and second-fix plumbing and electrics
- Tiling with large-format polished porcelain and marble-effect panels
- Installation of a custom black hydro-massage bathtub and walk-in glass shower
- Fitting of bespoke vanity unit with dual basin and LED-lit mirrors
- Matte black designer taps, concealed shower valves, and towel radiator
- Painting, finishing, and final inspection
Challenges & Solutions
Challenge 1 – Limited Space for Bathtub & Shower Integration
The room dimensions required precise planning to fit both the bath and shower without compromise.
Solution: Our design team developed a hybrid layout using CAD modelling, maximising every inch and ensuring ergonomic comfort.
Challenge 2 – Heavy Stone & Marble Materials
The use of full-height marble tiles required reinforced wall backing and precision alignment.
Solution: We reinforced substrate layers and used laser levelling for seamless joins and symmetrical veining.
Challenge 3 – Lighting & Ventilation Balance
With dark materials, achieving brightness without glare was essential.
Solution: LED perimeter lighting and a new extractor system were installed, offering both elegance and performance.
